Best On-Site Presentation Award – Doctoral Category

To recognize outstanding contributions from early-career researchers, the congress will present a Best On-Site Presentation Award exclusively for doctoral students. This award aims to highlight excellence in research content, clarity of presentation, and audience engagement during in-person sessions. Eligible candidates must be enrolled in a doctoral program and deliver their presentation during the congress in person. The winner will receive a certificate of recognition and a symbolic prize during the closing ceremony.

Merzouga Excursion

The congress organizing committee is planning an excursion to the Merzouga tourist site for participants (Not included in the registration fee).

As part of our conference program, we are pleased to invite you to join us for an exceptional excursion to Merzouga, offering an unforgettable experience in the heart of the Moroccan desert.

Program:

• Departure on Saturday, October 25 (afternoon) towards Merzouga.
• Welcome snack upon arrival, followed by a camel ride or 4x4 Land Rover trip to reach the viewpoint for the sunset over the dunes.
• Dinner and overnight stay in a well-equipped desert tent.
• Sunrise observation the next morning, followed by breakfast and return to Errachidia.

Fee: 700 MAD per person (not included in the conference registration fee).
