Pre-submission Check
Originality Verification:

Authors are strictly prohibited from submitting papers that have been published previously or are under consideration elsewhere. All submitted papers will undergo an originality check upon receipt. Authors must ensure that the submitted paper is entirely original. Any use of work or words from others should be properly cited or quoted.

Language Review:

Authors are advised to meticulously review the spelling and grammar of their papers prior to submission. This ensures clarity and readability for editors, reviewers, and future readers.

Relevance to Conference Theme:

Submissions must be directly related to the conference theme and fall within the scope of the event. Any submissions not aligned with the conference focus will be promptly rejected.

Authorship Criteria:

Authors should be individuals who made significant contributions to the study. Doctoral students are required to list their supervisor (and co-supervisor(s)) as co-authors on their submissions. Any other individuals who contributed substantively to the paper but are not qualified to be co-authors should be duly acknowledged in the acknowledgments section. All sources of funding and potential conflicts of interest should be disclosed in the Authorship Statement.

Submission Requirements
Language Use:

Papers must be composed in English, covering all elements such as figures, tables, references, and appendices.

Accepted Formats:

Only PDF (+ latex for abstract template) submissions that strictly follow the official template available on the website will be considered in the acceptance process.

Originality Criterion:

Only entirely original papers will be considered. Manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor accepted for publication elsewhere, nor be under review by any other conference or publication during the review process.
